Karbonn Smart A29 Android smartphone now available to buy online for Rs.8990

Karbonn has released a new Android smartphone in its portfolio dubbed as Karbonn Smart A29 and it is available to buy at the Saholic online store for Rs. 8,990. It is a dual core processor powered device running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box. Recently, company also launched Karbonn Smart A27+ phablet in the Indian market for budget friendly buyers.

Features of Karbonn A29 Android smartphone –

• It comes with 4.7inch IPS touch screen display with 960*540 pixels resolution

• It is powered by a 1.2GHz dual core processor, RAM memory is not mentioned yet

• It is running Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system

• It comes with 4GB of internal storage, expendable up to 32GB via MicroSD card slot

• It comes with 8MP rear and 2MP front cameras, LED flash in the back

• Dual SIM device with GSM + GSM network support

• It comes with 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity features

• It is powered by a 2000mAh battery

Features of the phone are pretty good for the price range it shares, but Karbonn should have powered it with a quad core processor to compete against the rival brands. XOLO, Spice and some other smartphone brands are offering devices with quad core processor below Rs.9000 price range.

In other news, Karbonn has tied up with Hungama Entertainment to offer music and video services to the Karbonn smartphone buyers. Karbonn smartphones now come with pre-loaded Hungama Android application with 30 days unlimited content access.
