How to Create GIF Picture from a Video

You know that GIF pictures are not yet so easy to form since there is a lot of difference between GIF picture and a video file. A video can be saved in .mp4, .avi, .mpg when you will need to save a GIF picture in .gif. There are also so many variances between these two formats. Animated pictures become more interesting after developing some applications and websites like Reddit and more others.
This tutorial would make beautiful GIF images which can be used in numerous determinations. You can extract GIF image from a video file. But the video file must be in .avi, .ogv, .mp4 or .mpg format. Otherwise, you will not get proper result out this software which is compatible with Windows 7.

How to create GIF picture from a video?

As I have mentioned that it will be done through a software, the software is called QGifer. I have tested it on Windows 7 but I am little bit sure that it will also be compatible with Windows 8.
At first, download QGifer on your machine and install it. Then, you can find a screen something like the following picture;

Press Ctrl  + Shift + V to open a video. Point to be noted that your video must be in those above mentioned formats. Then select frame in time format and press the button that says Extract GIF.

After that, the following screen will be appeared where from you will need to save your file.
