At first, download QGifer on your machine and install it. Then, you can find a screen something like the following picture;

Press “Ctrl  + Shift + V“ to open a video. Point to be noted that your video must be in those above mentioned formats. Then select frame in time format and press the button that says Extract GIF.

After that, the following screen will be appeared where from you will need to save your file.
